Do I need a referral for an appointment?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need a referral to see us or to claim for private health insurance. If you have consulted your GP regarding your
condition and you have a referral, please remember to bring it with you. We will keep in touch with your doctor regarding your
treatment and ongoing care. For WorkCover, Third Party, Medicare EPC or Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) claims,
a doctor’s referral is required.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

If you have any x-rays, scans or other reports and/or medical notes from specialists, it would be helpful to bring them.

How long are the appointments?

Initial appointments are 45 minutes. Our follow up appointments are 30 minutes as we find this is generally the most
appropriate length of time. For more complex conditions or multiple injuries, longer appointments can be booked.

Will you remind me that I have an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will ask you for your mobile and email address at your initial appointment so that we can send you a reminder about your appointment.

What should I wear?

Most of our treatments do not require you to remove clothing, however it would be preferable to not wear restrictive material such as denim or cargo.

Where can I find you and how do I get there?

You will find us at Shop 1/20-22 Station St, Marrickville NSW 2204. We are on Station St, right beside Marrickville Station — leave the station on the Platform 2 side and we are a few steps away. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the clinic and on neighbouring streets.

Can I catch public transport to the clinic?

You absolutely can! We are on T3 Bankstown line. We are less than a minute's walk away from Marrickville Station, Platform 2.
